These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Michelle Albert, Ayleana’s Transformative Healing LLC, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, owners, agents, licensors, and representatives (referred to as “we” or “us”). Services:

• We may      change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including      feature availability and content.

Termination and Refunds:

• Termination      may occur without refunds or cancellation of installment payments.
• Payment      options include one-time payments or monthly installments, as specified on      the Sites.
• Upon      purchase, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, or      PayPal account accordingly.
• We may      cancel orders due to reasons like fraud, incorrect pricing, or      non-payment.
• If      dissatisfied with a Product, you may request a partial refund within      fifteen (15) days of purchase by emailing us at Ayleana@ladyayleana.com.
• Certain      Product purchases may have additional eligibility criteria for refunds.
• If      refunded, you lose further rights to use that Product.
• Your      obligation to make monthly payments remains unless eligible for a refund.

Your Content:

• We      offer the opportunity for you to provide content or materials (“Your      Content”) through the Services, including comments on blog posts or direct      communication.
• By      doing so, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual,      irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, assignable, transferrable right and      license to use Your Content.
• This      license allows us to reproduce, display, perform, transmit, modify,      publish, and create derivative works from Your Content in connection with      our information products or services.

Your Conduct:

• You      agree not to:

• This      indemnification covers any losses, damages, liabilities, and costs      sustained by the Indemnified Parties due to claims related to Your      Content, your use of our Products, or any breach of these Terms by you or      any user of your account.
• You      must cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim.
• Michelle      Albert, Ayleana’s Transformative Healing LLC reserves the right to assume      exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by      you.

Representations and Warranties:

  • You       own all Intellectual Property Rights in Your Content and have the right       to provide it via the Services.

Law and Jurisdiction:

• Any      action or dispute between us will be resolved exclusively through      arbitration in the State of Georgia.

Parental Permission:

• “We” refers to Michelle Albert, Ayleana’s      Transformative Healing LLC.
• “You” refers to you individually or the      organization/entity you represent.
• Notices to you will be sent to your most recent      email address on file with us.
